Thanks for update to V23!
I really appreciated the update summary highlights over just linking to the svn logs. Thank you.
Great stuff - the 23 dev build appears to have fixed an issue I had with css transforms and rotate3d under Linux.
Opened a bunch of my bookmarks when I relaunched, but no bother.
Please start placing summaries of the changes like you did for this update and like how you used to. I hate digging through the SVN log to find some changes.
Would you look at that, something you did in there fixed the infinite redirect problem I've been having on a few secure websites. Awesome.
Definitely not:
The web page at https://store.steampowered.com/login/checkstoredlogin?redirectURL=%2F has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
Also, the scroll wheel is no longer working on the hovered tabs, and clicking on tabs on the right of your current tabs not only go to the clicked tab, but also swap position with the tab before.
Very good update, lots of detail. I really appreciate the detail.
SpeedDial2 is miscalculating row width in in this update. It's one dial less than determined in options (e.g. having set to four its only three a.s.o.). Additionally, it seem to be centering dials within the left 90% of windows width.
Please return the bookmarks bar back to the way it was. It is hard to use when you have folders with a lot of bookmarks. Now when you click on a folder with a lot of bookmarks it extends above the bookmark bar instead of staying below it. So if I click on the wrong folder I can't just slide my mouse over to the next folder I have to click out of it and then click on the other one. I know, picky, picky. :)
Normally I just download the Windows binary file rather than going through the updater process.
I have been getting them successfully using the following pattern as obtained with the build ID in these notice posts:
http://dl.google.com/edgedl/chrome/win/ 23.0.1243.0_chrome_installer.exe
However after seeing this Dev Channel Update and using the build ID provided, it didn't work.
I was able to do a Wireshark capture of a third party site also offering the download via the same server and found it was actually getting the following build:
23.0.1243.2
So when I tried pulling the binary from http://dl.google.com/edgedl/chrome/win/23.0.1243.2_chrome_installer.exe it worked fine.
Is the build number in the post incorrect or was it updated and a new post not issued?
Just wondering and hoping for someone to clarify so I can better understand. I'm probably missing something obvious...
Thank you!

claus, thank you
intriguing indeed
Facebook got scrolling lag problem.
Some website also got the same problem.
And when clicking some link (open new tab), it delay to open the link.
I'm getting lag problem too, do we have a bug report open for it, so I can send information?
Issue : minimize button is disabled
nice updated! Good job Chrome team.
Great release,
only problem I can find is the favicons are disappearing in my bookmarks on random sites visited, Twitter, Gmail and others.
They do reappear when Chrome closed and has synced.
I have the same problem with my bookmark favicons. When I load some of them, they just turn into a black white icon
I have a little problem here, tho I dont mind much but I hope you'll fix it:
The videos on Youtube are a bit choppy. It's not as smooth as before.
And i confirm on the facebook scroll lag reported by others.
mp4 videos are not playing any more
So after reading through the ticket of the SessionStorage issue...does this mean that the tabs not restoring upon certain crashes, shutdowns, and updates of chrome should be fixed now?
