Hello Google Chrome,

Flash version question. What is your typical time to introduce the latest Flash? I ask only because Adobe released some drive-by attack updates recently.

The current version as published by Adobe is 11.3.300.271 (released recently). IE9 is displaying the latest version, and Chrome displays 11.3.31.227 (as indicated in your blog).

It is interesting that I can go to the Adobe website with each browser and see a different version# on my screen. Updating Flash from Adobe download does not update Chrome.

Thanks,
-Mike

Google’s freebit device also gets updated with the new open-source touchpad driver, which, in theory, promises improved behaviour and responsiveness.

The Chrome 20 update for Beta Channel is rounded out by the usual smattering of under the hood tweaks and security fixes.

If you don’t spot the update straight away do exercise some patience: Google say that upgrade will be rolled out ‘over the next several days.’link
