Introducing Chrome for iPhone and iPad!

The Chrome Team is excited to announce the release of Chrome for iPhone and iPad. Based on Chrome 19.0.1084.52, Chrome for iOS (19.0.1084.60) brings an all new browsing experience to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch (requires iOS 4.3 or later) and is now available for download.  More information can be found here.  Known issues are available on the Chrome support site.  If you find a new issue, please let us know by filing a bug.

Awesome! Browsing content is speedy but the tab switching and closing gestures aren't that intuitive.

Great start. Add ons and a bookmarks bar for iPad would be great additions.

Some how, my Sync settings are now broken. My desktop now requires me to enter a passphrase that I don't have (probably some application-specific).

Guess I have to delete my sync data at Google and set it up again... of cause, no data is lost (it's on the desktop), but it waste my time.

this awesome but indeed a bookmarks bar would be great ! and the option to import bookmarks from ipad safari ...

Works very well, want this since a long time, however missing is a "Tweet this page" functionality ...
Hope you can implement this soon ...

Bookmark bars yes!!! The ONLY thing I prefer about safari.
Another thing is a way to view your history has have not worked that out, be nice to see you bring in your other google web browser style of the history as that was so cool but the browsr it self kinda sucked but that with google chrome would be perfect :D

Please add the bookmarks bar! Way too hard to use bookmarks now for favorite sites. Will have to stick to Safari for now.
